Returns Policy

As our valued customer, your satisfaction with our products and service is important to us. If you are unhappy with a product, we want to know. All returns must include a return authorization that can be obtained by calling us at 888-595-4411 prior to sending any product back to us. Returns on unused products in the condition and packaging as received will be accepted for full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order or according to the manufacturer’s guarantee, if applicable.

Never send a package to the manufacturer, unless we instruct you to do so. Please be aware that any item being returned directly to a manufacturer, without our authorization, even when covered by a “Satisfaction Guarantee” may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping is not refundable unless the product is defective or an error on our part occurred (product shipped is not the product ordered). Special order items may have a restocking fee, which will be advised with the return authorization number.
